Community
The Leader's Study
A private community for listeners of the Brad Carr Podcast who are serious about the study and practice of leadership. Not an audience. A cohort.
Beyond the Interview
Every episode of the podcast is a primary source: a Navy SEAL, a bestselling author, a CEO speaking plainly about how leadership actually works. The community is where those sources get examined. Members meet to test the ideas against their own commands, companies, and careers.
This is not a comment section and it is not a fan club. It is a working seminar for people who intend to lead.
What Membership Includes
Direct access to other members: veterans, operators, and executives who hold each other to a standard. Discussion boards and member chat on a private platform.
Regular live calls with Brad. Bring a real leadership problem and leave with a plan. Sessions are recorded and archived for members.
Private Q&A sessions with podcast guests. Ask the questions that did not make the episode.
Every recorded session, early episode drops, and material that never reaches the public feed.
Who This Is For
The community is deliberately small. You belong here if you:
- Hold, or are preparing to hold, responsibility for other people
- Prefer direct feedback over comfortable agreement
- Study leadership as a discipline, not a slogan
- Are willing to have your thinking examined by peers
Inside the Community
Structured debriefs of decisions members actually face.
Working through the books behind the interviews, together.
State your objective. The group will ask about it.
New episodes, live events, and collaborations before anyone else.
Take Your Seat
Membership is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. No contracts. Just the work.
